If, within 14 days of the course start date, you find that the programme is not suitable for you, you can request a refund. After 14 days, the course fee becomes non-refundable.

Participants who successfully complete all evaluations with a minimum attendance of 75% and meet the academic criteria will receive the Certificate of Completion. Those who meet the attendance requirement but do not meet the performance standards will receive a Certificate of Participation.

9. How long will I have access to the course materials?

You will have access to the recorded videos and learning materials for the entire duration of the programme.

10. Can I apply for the programme if I don’t meet all the eligibility criteria?
